My Top 7 - Fictional Love Triangle

Life is full of "triangles."
But there is nothing more than a love triangle that attracts my attention.
There is something sinful and amusing about it.
And I'm always curious about who is going to "win."
Here are my top 7 most memorable and complicated love triangle list. Enjoy ! ^^

1. Mrs. Robinson / Elaine Robinson / Ben Braddock from The Graduate

I first saw this movie when I was in high school with my dad.
Apparently he thought I might enjoy it.
But to this day, it's kinda unnerving...
I mean how is it possible for a woman to run away with a man who slept with her mother?
Albeit she might be in love but COME ON ! how can you live with that?
This movie, for me became what first comes to mind when thinking of love triangle.
And a quite disgusting one at that.

2. Rafe / Danny / Nurse Evelyn from Pearl Harbor

One of the saddest love triangle ever !
I was really upset how nurse Evelyn found her next love in the comfort her former boyfriend's best friend ! Well, I guess it happens more often than we think.
But it was tragic with the death and the baby and all...
Most importantly, I was so moved by the friendship of Rafe and Danny.

3. Julianne / Kimberly(Kim) / Michael from My Best Friend's Wedding

This is something that happened to me.
Not to the extreme of breaking a marriage but it relates to the "if I can't have it you can't either" or "is it just me, or has he gotten hotter now that we're broken up?" thoughts.
Julianne's actions were so desperate it kinda was sad.
I think I'd also feel betrayed when my best friend who claimed to love me since I can remember, suddenly introduced me to the woman he was going to marry.
Ahhhhh, the drama.

4. Kathryn / Annette / Sebastian from Cruel Intentions

I enjoyed this movie so much !
And I actually was cheering for Kathryn / Sebastian couple.
They were both twisted and mean, I thought they deserved each other.
I also secretly hoped that they were in "love," and not just screwing around.
Of course, that wouldn't have been a love triangle now would it !

5. Stefan / Damon / Elena from Vampire Diaries

There so many awesome pictures to choose from !!!

I've read the first book of Vampire Diaries and gave up on it.
It was a terrible book. To be honest, I can't even remember what it was that made me stop. But I know it was just weird.
But the TV show is a different matter.
I would drool all day just looking at these pictures.
This is somehow more tempting because it's between two brothers !!
I don't know about you, but I would't hold it against Elena if she chose to love both. *sigh*

6. Mark / Daniel / Bridget from Bridget Jones's Diary

This is my favorite holiday movie, along with "Love Actually" and "The Holiday."

I mean, I still feel giddy whenever I think about Mark Darcy.
There was no question that Bridget had to choose Mark over Daniel but like most insecure women, Bridget makes herself look ridiculous in front the man she loves.
But in the most sweetest ways. ^^
Besides, don't they look cute together? they actually look.... normal !

7. Ally / Billy / Georgia from Ally McBeal

This is yet another love triangle that I find absolutely disturbing.

The fact that Billy was still in love with Ally while married to Georgia.
He dies of a sudden heart attack in the middle of the series.
Ally being the last person he talks to, and he whispers that he loves her.
What is that? What about his wife?
You'll have to see the series to understand but I thought it was... weird.
Nonetheless one of my favorite series ever !!!

Extra Thoughts
I know that a lot of people would first think of Edward / Jacob / Bella.
I personally didn't think there were any wiggle room for Jacob to come between Edward and Bella. And I hated the thought of Jacob imprinting on Edward and Bella's daughter.
So, to avoid obvious, I have decided to exclude them. ^^

What is your favorite love triangle?

My Top 7 - TV series (Comedy)

This post was suppose to be a monthly thing, but since it was such a hit,
(and I enjoyed thoroughly writing it myself) I've decided to make it twice a month !
And this week's theme is TV series (Comedy).
There are so many good ones coming out every year
and the oldies just don't get old, seriously, they're always funny ! lol

So here are my top 7 recommendation.
And of course, please don't hesitate to suggest the ones that are not on the list !

1. Big Bang Theory from CBS

To be honest, there isn't going to be another that will top this for me.
I mean, as you will see from the list below, I have quite a number of favorites.
But after this show, although other series are amazing, there's nothing
that cracks me up like the "Big Bang Theory" !!!
Even as I write this post, pasting pictures, I'm giggling to myself like a crazy person.

It's about 4 smartest, geekiest, but the most finniest guys you will ever meet on TV.
And of course, the lovely Penny. *^^*
Please, just watch the first two episodes !! you won't regret it !!

2. Friends from NBC

How can we forget, the classic of all Comedy series.
I was so sad to see this show end. I would've watched it forever and ever. *sigh*
The concept, how 6 best friends live and love was at best a very wonderful thought.
To this day, I play friends on TV while I do my everyday chores. lol

3. Will and Grace from NBC

Never have I ever thought that "gayness" will be this funny on a TV.
OMG, it was hilarious ! and the characters are so lively and sophisticated !
And how can I forget the maid "Rossario". She certainly is a character to remember.
I unfortunately haven't seen the very last episode !
It got a tiny bit weird at the end. Has anybody else seen it till then end?

4. That 70s Show from FOX

When I saw that the box set was out, I had to buy it.
I mean, it was "That 70s Show" ! I had to ! (and I LOVE it btw)
My favorite character in this series would have to be, Fez, Kitty and Eric.
Fez with his accent and hilarious inappropriate gestures and language,
Kitty with her laughs and sweet worm motherhood.
Eric, well he was just so skinny, but charming, funny and quite the smart mouth ! lol

Ahhhhh, I think I might go watch the whole episode again soon.

5. How I met your mother from CBS

My best friend had the first season on DVD and we watched few episodes together.
And the next day, I went to the store and bought the season 1 and 2 !
Naturally, I watched all of them in 24 hours !
First, I thought the title was a little weird, it didn't appeal to me at all.
But boy, was I wrong. This has quickly turned into my new "Friends".

To be honest, the latest season was not as funny as the first and the second.
But what can I say, I can't stop myself !!

6. The office from NBC

What can I say, Michael Scott is hilarious !
I love how they made the subject of working in an office so funny !
But unfortunately I've only watched the first season.
I think I'd better check out the others.
Hope it's just as good !

7. Seinfeld from NBC

I watched all of this online.
It was a perfect pass-time TV series. It was also interesting to see a TV series
that were so popular in the 90s too.
I laughed on more than several occasions but don't think I'll watch it again.
Still, liked it enough watch the whole 9 seasons ! haha

I laugh myself silly writing this post and adding pictures.
And hope you all had fun too !
Don't forget, any other suggestions and opinions are welcome !
I'm actually looking for another series that could blow me away !

My Top 7 - Vampires

I have decided to list and write about my favorite things once a month.
My first list of favorite things; Vampires.

There is no doubt that "Vampires" are in right now.
Seriously, they are everywhere.
From your books, movies, everyday TV series to your t-shirts and mug cups!
Once something is in trend, of course people tend to follow it but somehow
this phenomenon seems more intense than usual.
Here are my list of favorite/incredibly hot "Vampires".

1, Brad Pitt as Louis in Interview with a Vampire

Until now, he is my number 1. Vampire of all time!
He looked vulnerable, scared and sexy.
I mean, look at the first picture, even with blood all over his mouth,
he still managed to look sexy! how crazy is that?

2, David Boreanaz as Angle in Buffy the Vampire Slayer.

I love this series, who doesn't?
With Buffy giving all the bad vampires and demons an ass-whooping like a real pro !
But we (girls) all know that we had another reason to love this series.
And I think it was because of Angle. *deep sigh*.... Angel.
He was so great and popular that he had his own spin off series after this !
Although his face did get really ugly when turned into a vampire.
I guess being a vampire has beautified a lot since then.

3,  Kate Bekinsale as Selene in UnderworldⅠandⅡ

You don't see a lot of female Vampire main-focus characters in Movies,
actually Selene was the only one I could think of.
She is lean, fast, deadly and incredibly hot !
I didn't know who she was back then but now she is engraved as one of the most
amazing Vampires ever !

4, Alexander Skarsgard as Eric in True Blood (TV series)

I am SO team Eric.
Yes, Bill is sweet and charming but Eric?! he is to me what a Vampire should be.
I mean COME ON ! he looks good even in short hair cut ! lol
BTW is everyone enjoying the third season of True Blood?

5, Robert Pattinson as Edward in Twilight Saga

To me, Edward is like a wonderful boyfriend but not really a Vampire.
You don't have to be a Vampire to be a wonderful boyfriend, you know?
But I do believe that he portraits Edward's character perfectly.
I don't know, sometimes I forget that this is suppose to be a Vampire movie.
But hey, I cannot afford to miss this beautiful face. ^^

6, Wesley Snipes as Blade in BladeⅠ,Ⅱ, and Ⅲ

It didn't occur to me until watching this movie, that not all Vampires has to be
pale and white. This was quite a nice change in perspective.
All three movies were full of action, high-tech machines and twisted plots,
LOVED IT !
I also couldn't get enough of the fact that Blade used swords ! it was pretty awesome !

7, Ian Somerhalder as Damon Salvatore in Vampire Diaries

Vampires are suppose to be a bad-boy, a play-boy and dangerous.
At least that's how I pictured it in my head and I think Damon is all that.
The book Vampire Diaries was just ... how do you say this in a nice way... awful.
I stopped in the middle and never looked back.
But once I found out that they were making a TV series out of it,
I thought I'd give it a shot. I mean the Salvatore brothers were both gorgeous !

And there you have it, my 7 favorite Vampires.
There are a few others I like but 10 seem to be too much to call it "favorites".
What are yours? I'd really like to know *^^*
