Author : Sherman Alexie
Illustrator : Ellen Forney

Paperback : 233 pages
ISBN : 0316013692

My Rating : ★★★★★

Book Description : Sherman Alexie tells the story of Junior, a budding cartoonist growing up on the Spokane Indian Reservation. Determined to take his future into this own hands, Junior leaves his troubled school on the rez to attend an all-white farm town high school where the only other Indian is the school mascot. Heartbreaking, funny, and beautifully written, which is based on the author's own experiences, coupled with poignant drawings that reflect the character's art, chronicles the contemporary adolescence of one Native American boy as he attempts to break away from the life he thought he thought he was destined to live. (from Goodreads)

My Thoughts : OMG ! Funniest book ever to have read in a long time!

Warning #1 : Do not read this book in public,
you will laugh yourself silly and look like an idiot to others.
Warning #2 : Do not eat or drink while reading this book,
you never know when food is going to chock you or come out of your mouth,
which will also make you look like an idiot.

Trust me, I've been there SEVERAL TIMES !!!

I was laughing so hard, it was ridiculous.
Some parts were really sad but the author found a way to make even that funny.
Seriously, how can that be?!

Please, treat yourself to this book, right now! you won't regret it !
